Our na wine goes through 14 days of fermentation, handled to prevent oxidation and lock in fruitiness, and left on lees for 2 months to add complexity. The wine is then dealcoholized by gently spun cone technology, under vacuum and at low temperature to ensure that it retains its distinctive body, color and flavor.
• FLAVOR & FINISH | Notes of yellow apple, lime, melon and chamomile are predominant on the nose, with aromas of honeysuckle, citrus fruit and jasmine on the palate. Good balance of acidity and fruitiness. Medium flavor, body, and acidity, dry, low tannin with every sip.
